• Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of payment being confirmed.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on destination for deliveries outside of UK (UK FREE DELIVERY).

• We provide tracking for postal shipments — you will receive a tracking number by email once the item is dispatched.

• For international orders: you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in your country.

• We cannot guarantee delivery times once items are dispatched, as this depends on courier services and local postal systems.

• If a package is lost in transit (confirmed by courier), we will work with THE CUSTOMER and the courier to attempt recovery; if confirmed lost, we will offer a refund or replacement.
